Charlotte was born in Northern California. The youngest of three daughters, she was often babysat by the TV, watching VHS tapes long past when their reels turned scratchy. She spent her weekends memorizing screenplays and making movies using iMovie and Photobooth.

Her love of film took her to Las Angeliss. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from USC’s Film and TV Production program in 2018, she received lots of praise and recognition for directing BOOB SWEAT, her senior thesis project.

During her LA stint, she started therapy, discovered her identity as a queer woman, and “made it big!” She produced and directed the web-series GREAT LOOK (which premiered at Dances With Films), starred in the short film MY EX-GIRLFRIEND IS A SHOVEL (which premiered at Palm Springs International Film Festival), and produced the dark coming-of-age comedy FEELING SEXUAL (which premiered at the Portland International Film Festival)

When a global pandemic struck, she had an overdue existential crisis and moved to Nü Yahk Citay (a place she loves), where she found her life-partner Josh, her cat Lil Dummy, and her favorite pair of Birkenstocks.

She cried a lot during the pandemic, but hey - she got back on set to film it! She wrote, directed, produced, AND starred in BREAKUP MAKEUP (pw: bumu)!

She also broke into branded content! She’s partnered with PwC on over 30 projects, directed 15 promos for the startup tech company Recut, and traveled around the country producing for big brands including Spectrum, Opendoor, and United.
